Christmas Spirit in Tennessee
Tis the Season of Joy and Wonder. Sometimes I think it is a wonder we get through the Season! It has been an especially difficult time for many. As if the economy is not enough the recent election season lasted for two years and stressed many of us to the max.
It is now the Christmas Season and thoughts change to different things. For most of us it is a happy time. We think back on the Christmases past and the friends, families and animals we shared them with. We remember what the season is all about, the glorious birth of Jesus.
Unfortunately, according to statistics it is also the season with the highest rate of suicides and levels of depression. It can be a stressful time and a remembrance of ones lost during the year.
Every location has its special place to get you in the Christmas Spirit. Katrina and I want to share one of those places with you this Season. It is the Opryland Hotel in Nashville Tennessee. At Christmas time it becomes an even more special place. I hope you enjoy these photos.
Maybe next year they will put a miniature donkey in one of their balloons.
How would you like to wake up in the morning and find Santa and all the reindeer right outside your room?
The couple was just “horsing around” outside one of the cafes.
This is Vine Girl putting on a show for everyone. She is on stilts for her hands and feet then covered in vines.
Here you can get a better view of her face. People can stand right next to her and not no she is alive person!
Here she is beginning to cling to a wall and hide in plain sight.
Would you know this is a person?
Merry Christmas
