  2. Richard says:

Hi Sharon, I have one that is reserved (5 months old). I’ll know by March whether she is available. I also have several babies to be born in the spring.

  3. Stephanie says:

I am looking for a young spotted/colored donkey to have as a companion for my mule and to love on. I would like to get it as young as possible.

  4. Richard says:

Stephanie, I do have several foals over the next few months. Have to see if one is spotted for your farm companion .

  5. Judy says:

We are looking for a pair of pet mini donkeys. What have you got?

  6. Richard says:

Your message on my WebSite is older. Just checking in and seeing if you are still looking for Min. Donkeys.

  7. CINDY says:

This may sound strange, but how does one learn the art of driving donkeys? Where we live (NJ), no one has donkeys by me, only race horses. I have been considering mini donkeys and thought with time, patience and practice, I could have a driving cart team for use with my future grand children, since we have thousands of acres of good flat stone free trails.(I live in South Jersey and my land butts up to Federally Protected open space) We don’t want to breed! I’d prefer to leave that up to experts. I no longer have equine, my Cobb pony that I rescued has long since passed and I miss my friend terribly. If you could point me in a good direction, that would be great.

  8. Richard says:

NMDA (National Miniature Donkey Association) has a booklet on teaching your Donkey to drive. Check out their WebSite. In Connecticut is a breeder, Foster Hill Farms and she may be able to help you. Frankly, driving Donkeys already trained are not easy to find. I would look for two nice geldings and as you stated, with patience, train them. Meredith Hodges has many training videos and is very knowledgeable on training Donkeys. I hope this helps.
